Beginning Thursday, July 13th at 6:00 PM, ITS will be begin an upgrade to the network. This upgrade may cause momentary disruptions to VPN connections. If your VPN session drops, please wait 10 minutes and restart the session. Other disruptions of services may occur, but are expected to be momentary. The High Library wired connections and Bowers Writer’s House will experience outages approaching 1 hour. While some services may be down at times, we expect outages to be less than 10 minutes and all work to be completed by midnight.

Thank you for your patience as we complete this upgrade to stay current, improve reliability, and increase performance.
