Update
The phone number conversion process to the new carrier is complete. The conversion of the 1-800 and 1-888 toll free numbers for the College (originally scheduled for 2/28/23) were also moved ahead of schedule this morning.

We are in process of extensive testing including e911 calling. Please report any issues to helpdesk@etown.edu.

The upgrade is complete.

Starting Tuesday, February 21st at 8:30 AM, the College will begin the process of switching to a new and improved Local and Long Distance phone service. The transfer of 850 telephone numbers is expected to be transparent to our on-campus telephone users since the work is being done at the carrier level. Active telephone calls should not be affected, however it is possible for a call to drop during the process. If this should occur, place the call again. As with anything technical, it’s possible for a few numbers not to transfer properly. Please report any issues with incoming and outgoing calls to helpdesk@etown.edu.
