We are continuing to investigate the root cause of today's disruption. To assist with diagnosis, additional testing will be performed this evening between 10:00 PM and midnight, which may cause brief interruptions in internet availability. We thank you for your patience as we work to restore stability to our network.

Monitoring
An issue has been identified with one of the College's redundant Internet connections, which is inconsistently routing traffic from devices on the EC_RESIDENT network. Connections for these devices have been rerouted and all services have been restored. The ITS team will continue to monitor traffic across the wireless network and continue to engage our Internet Service Providers to ensure all services remain stable. Please report any additional problems to the Help Desk by opening a ticket at helpdesk.etown.edu, emailing helpdesk@etown.edu, or calling 717-361-3333.
