As of 4:30PM today, there remain two organizations who have not successfully updated the sign-on configurations in regard to the new security certificate. As part of our ongoing efforts to keep Elizabethtown College’s systems secure, ITS will be conducting a routine update to a security certificate used by our single-sign-on system (called ADFS) on Thursday, June 5th. This work will occur from 7:00 to 8:00am in coordination with the vendors of the external services that use the single-sign-on process. Short disruptions to services may occur during this maintenance window.
We will post an update to our status page (http://status.etown.edu) when the work has been completed. If you experience persistent login issues after that notification, please contact our Help Desk at helpdesk@etown.edu.
