ITS will be updating certificates used for login authentication on Monday, February 1st beginning at 9:00 PM. The updates are expected to take up to 2 hours and will affect new logins for the following:
Office 365 (email and software access) Jayweb Canvas Zoom Adobe (Acrobat and Creative Suite applications) Campus Labs (IDEA) DSE (Bowers Center access and scheduling) KnowBe4 OmniUpdate (OU) Ooh La La (Etown Jays app) SchoolDude (Facilities Management ticketing system) Slate Xfinity on Campus
and these Library Services: KLN-Alma KLN-EXProxy KLN-Primo SpringShare Ebook Central
We will provide updates as the certificate maintenance is completed.
